Plastic zipper machine

Resin (plastic) zipper machinery covers long-chain tooth injection moulding and finishing routes for closed-end or open-end zippers. Long-chain production requires prepared tape and resin, with tooth injection moulding matched to the zipper design and mould. Closed-end finishing combines gapping, slider mounting, stop moulding and cutting. Open-end production also includes tape-end preparation, punching and moulding the pin-and-box arrangement, followed by clearing moulding residue, joining the chain, slider mounting and cutting. Select equipment by the incoming material and the required finished zipper. Provide zipper size, length, tooth and stop designs, slider details and existing equipment. Confirm moulds, process interfaces and the machine configuration against your sample.
