Zipper Machinery & Supply FAQs

Primo supplies zipper machinery as well as zipper chains, sliders and production materials. Send a list with the materials, sizes, quantities and process requirements for your project. The proposed supply scope, availability and compatibility of each item should be confirmed in the quotation.

Confirm the manufacturing origin of the selected product in the quotation or order documents. Primo's zipper machinery business began in 1984, and all machines currently offered for sale are CE-certified. Request the applicable product and certificate documentation for the equipment included in your order.

Packaging, shipping method, freight terms and delivery timing are confirmed for each order. Provide the destination and selected equipment or product list so the quotation can specify the proposed arrangements. Any special packing or handling requirements should be agreed before dispatch.

Provide the intended zipper construction, size, opening arrangement, slider type and reference drawings or sample details. Include the incoming chain specifications, target output, existing equipment, available space and power supply. The process sequence, machine models, connections and supply scope should be confirmed for the proposed line after these requirements are reviewed.

First confirm whether you need to assemble a slider from components or mount a complete slider onto a zipper chain. For component assembly, provide photos or drawings and a list of the parts to be assembled; agree the exact sample set for the selected mechanism before shipping. For slider mounting, provide the complete slider and matching zipper chain details. Each slider design and size needs a compatibility check for the proposed configuration.

Provide the zipper size, colour reference, tape requirements, required length per roll and order quantity. Include photos, drawings or an existing sample specification where available, and state the intended use. The material specification, any sample requirements and delivery terms should be agreed before ordering.
