Nylon zipper machine

Nylon zipper production combines tape preparation with monofilament coil forming and sewing the coils onto the tape. Dyeing and winding prepare long chain for the finishing process. Start equipment selection by deciding whether you need long chain, closed-end zippers or open-end zippers, and whether the design uses metal or moulded plastic stops. Closed-end finishing uses gapping, slider mounting, stop application and cutting, with the order and equipment depending on the stop design. Open-end production also requires preparation of the tape ends and the pin-and-box arrangement; metal component fixing and plastic moulding follow different routes.
