The zipper types commonly used in jackets include metal zippers and nylon zippers.
Metal zipper
Metal zippers are usually made of metal materials such as aluminum and copper, which have high durability and texture. Environmental testing: high and low temperature cycling (-50 ℃ to 80 ℃), salt spray testing (96 hours)
Functional testing: Waterproof test (5000Pa water pressure), Color fastness test (Level 5)
Each batch of products must pass 60 testing indicators, with a defect rate controlled below 0.03%. Simultaneously adopting MES production execution system to achieve full process quality traceability.
