According to the usage characteristics of the jacket, the zipper needs to undergo various functional treatments:
Waterproof treatment adopts a new PTFE coating, with a waterproof level of IPX7
UV resistant treatment, UPF value reaches 50+
Antibacterial treatment, with an antibacterial rate of 99%
The slider adopts ergonomic design and adds anti slip texture treatment
All functional processing must undergo a 72 hour accelerated aging test to ensure long-lasting and stable performance.
Strict quality control system
The quality inspection standards for jacket zippers are very strict:
Physical performance testing: tensile test (≥ 150N), torsion test (± 270 °, 100000 cycles)
Environmental testing: high and low temperature cycling (-50 ℃ to 80 ℃), salt spray testing (96 hours)
Functional testing: Waterproof test (5000Pa water pressure), Color fastness test (Level 5)
Each batch of products must pass 60 testing indicators, with a defect rate controlled below 0.03%. Simultaneously adopting MES production execution system to achieve full process quality traceability.
