Special treatment and assembly process
According to the usage characteristics of footwear products, zippers require multiple special treatments. Strict quality control system
The quality inspection of shoe zippers is particularly strict. In addition to conventional tensile testing (≥ 100N), dynamic bending testing (± 90 ° angle, 50000 cycles), wear resistance testing (10000 friction cycles), and extreme environmental testing (temperature impact from -30 ℃ to 70 ℃) are also required. Each batch of products must pass 36 testing indicators, with a defect rate controlled below 0.1%.
