1) Base on your quantities, you need to make 3# zipper totaling 15,000 mts, one machine could produce 3M/MIN, then it could produce 3*60*20=3600MTS one day. According to 15000/3600=5 sets, it Needs 5 3# machines only to meet the client's output demand.

2) You need to make 5# zipper totaling 50,000 mts, one machine could produce 4M/MIN , then it could produce 4*60*20=4800MTS one day. According to 50000/4800=11 sets, it needs 11 5# machines Only to meet the client's output demand.

3) You need to make 8# zipper totaling 30,000mts, one machine could produce 3.8mts/min, then it could produce 3.8*20*60=4560MTS. According to 30000/4560=7 sets, then it needs 7 8# machines Only to meet the client's output demand.

4) You need to make 10# zipper totaling 15,000mts, one machine could produce 2.5M/MIN, then it could produce 2.5*60*20=3000MTS one day. According to 15000/3000=5 sets, it needs 5 10# Machines only to meet the client's output.
